Being a medical facility this damage will have a priority claim for labor and materials and should. Medical care is a basic need in a war zone due to disease taking a big toll, combat yielding folks needing emergency care of many types and every day noncombat injuries every bit as severe combat injuries. Nurses, doctors and all other medical specialists worked 24/7 and I assume the toll of doing this work day after day was huge. Thanks to every one involved in our medical care during Vietnam!
