Looks like the 1st Cav. officer is presenting a damage estimate, towing bill or even an estimated repair cost. The tail rotor is missing and the cockpit seems to be intact indicating the chopper was very low when it fell. No operating tail rotor and a powered main blade would spin the helicopter like a top, completely destroying the chopper on impact so it must have been a heroic landing by the pilot.
