Pacific Architect & Engineers was an American company that had contracts to build and run much of the infrastructure in many American base camps in Vietnam. They employed mostly Vietnamese workers who were supervised and managed by civilian Americans. They ran the electrical system in base camps, paved the roads at Cu Chi base camp and built many buildings. They must have made a fortune!
